We are looking for a dynamic Industrial or Mechanical Engineer to join our growing team as a Customer Success Manager. Our customers are precision machine shops mainly active in the aerospace, automotive and machinery markets in North America. The selected candidate will work with the VP Customer Success and technical team to support our growing customer base.


  • Support our customers and solve problems
  • Communicate advancement and follow-up with customers
  • Report issues to the technical team
  • Participate in implementation meetings with the customer and ensure the implementation goes well
  • Implement best practices to improve customer onboarding process
  • Build a Knowledge Base for our customers
  • Maximize customers ROI and build case studies


Industrial or Mechanical Engineer with good communication skills. Problem solver spirit with a good understanding of continuous improvement and Lean Manufacturing practices. Our perfect candidate loves technology and has already implemented Industry 4.0 technologies in a factory.


  • Bachelor in Industrial or Mechanical Engineering or equivalent
  • Excellent communication skills (French + English preferred)
  • Good understanding of continuous improvement practices and Lean Manufacturing
  • Demonstrates an interest in technologies and the start-up environment
  • Is autonomous and motivated (self starter)
  • Eager to learn and develop professionally

Good to have

  • Knowledge of Industry 4.0
  • Knowledge of CNC machining
  • Experience as an engineer in a manufacturing company
